KVORNING, together with Rintala Eggertsson and Aquaconstruct, has developed a feasibility study for the Lofoten Aquarium in Kabelvåg, Norway.

Major technical improvements will enhance the quality of the aquarium and provide visitors with a better experience of animal welfare and the exhibitions. The skrei (cod) will have a more prominent place in the interpretation and in the new Skrei aquarium, which expands the existing facility with a small fish section. Seals and otters will get new pools, creating new opportunities for exhibitions and interpretation, and the quay area will be enhanced to showcase everything that can be cultivated in the sea in the future.
