Nordic Circle – the immersive exhibition in the Nordic Pavilion at World EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Japan – receives Iconic Awards GOLD in the Culture / Interior category. The project was developed and delivered by Team EXPONEX.

Nordic Circle is a collaborative creation by Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden, developed in partnership with design teams from across the Nordic region and Europe. Surrounded by a monumental ‘whirl’ of over 700 sheets of Japanese paper, animated with immersive video projections, visitors are invited to explore the Nordic seasons, everyday sustainability, and the essence of Nordic life.
