“Classic Car House – a Danish car museum with a collection of 300 beautifully staged vehicles – celebrates the automobile, its history, and its iconic brands. At the heart of the double-height exhibition hall, dedicated to more everyday car models, stands a spectacular installation paying tribute to the ingenious design of the 2 CV. The installation, created by design studio Kvorning, presents a 2 CV whose components are raised and lowered between floors using a refined system of cables and motorized hoists. KVORNING’s role as exhibition designer for K.W. Bruun Group encompassed everything from initial concept to turnkey delivery, including concept development, master planning, all exhibition zones and design phases, and the production and installation of analog, mechanical, and digital scenography, film, lighting, and sound—carried out in close collaboration with dedicated partners and suppliers.

Classic Car House opened in August 2023.
