Salmon Eye is nominated for the German Design Awards 2024 in the category Architecture.
KVORNING developed the architectural concept and iconic design of the floating pavilion in the 900-meter-deep Norwegian Hardangerfjord for Eide Fjordbruk, Norway, as experience center and restaurant.
Sondre Eide, CEO and third-generation salmon farmer of Eide Fjordbruk, says –
‘Salmon Eye is a visual symbol of the Eide Family’s desire to develop and inspire to groundbreaking fusion of technology development, innovation, and sustainability in seafood production.’
